For me, it is her precision of making that distinction between “doers” and “takers.” You are right that in real life, that kind of division does not exist. Most of us sometimes are “doers,” sometimes are “takers,” often a little bit of both. But seeing that distinction, we can understand why some societies flourish, and others disintegrate into poverty.

Societies where “takers” mentality dominate are doomed.
