As the referred book implies, drunks built the Western civilization. BTW, most of the early settlers in America were drunks as well. The decline of the great America started with Prohibition. No wonder that the abstinent president could not make America great again.

Interestingly, the same people who voted in Prohibition voted as well the core provisions of our immigration policy. Prohibition was repealed, the nonsensical immigration policy is still stifling our economy.
