Before I spent a few hundred hours of my time reading about health care, talking with people, and taking a semester about health care reform at the DePaul University, I was equally uninformed as you were when writing your first comment. When challenged, you did the same what I did; you checked it out. Now, after looking at the synopsis of my work, you see it as worth discussing further. I agree with you that the comments section is not the best platform for a serious debate.

I believe that we need on Medium a publication dedicated to political debates. I would gladly get involved, but now I try to find people, preferably the authors on Medium, who would participate. Would you be interested in writing polemics with my articles and articles of other authors, with the underlying goal of working together on finding the best theoretically possible health care system?
