Your story reminds me of a few outstanding young adults I know. Accidentally, decades ago, I was privy to know that abortion was an option considered by their mothers.

I am pro-life, but I am against politicians sticking their noses into my wife’s vagina. I do not have a daughter, but I would raise her to be pro-life if I had one. But if I failed in that, I would never call the government to send the police to impose my moral preferences on my daughter. In essence, this is what militant pro-lifers do.
