Brad, in this text, you forgot a lot what you wrote in your crash course on climate change and let yourself to be driven by alarmists claiming that if governments do not spend trillions of dollars, on credit, then we might face irreversible losses. I am afraid that the interest on that credit might be much worse than the climate change itself. We should do locally, what we can within our means. Some people from South Carolina coast, which will suffer due to climate change might need to move to Minnesota, which might benefit from global warming. Saving Maldives might be expensive and hard to do. It is a vacationing spot for super wealthy of the world. If they want to protect this enclave, they can put together their own money. In brief, what politicians offer is the swindle of the century.
