Capitalism means that people have money to build prosperity, the government gets only as little as needed to maintain the order.

When the government gets the money to provide prosperity, it is the end of capitalism.

FYI, the more money government gets, the more it wastes. Under the term waste, I mean rich people are getting richer, poor people getting poorer.
