Dear Ms. Davis, I am an old white man. I challenge you to a public debate, here on Medium, because in my opinion you are completely wrong. If you do not want a serious conversation with people of opposite views feel free to ignore my challenge.

To be fair, I have to add that I grew up in Poland. Growing up, I saw your picture often in Polish newspapers. There were no blacks in Poland. When I arrived to the United States at the age of 33, I knew about racial problems here what Polish media reported from your activities.

After 35 years of living here, I see your point of view as harmful to the Blacks and America.

I address my challenge to you, but it is extended to Mr. Kaepernick as well. And, obviously, to the Level editors.

You all are right that we have a serious problem. But you bark the wrong tree. Together we can find a solution. So far, the tone of the published articles tells me that you already have a solution and my duty is to listen and accept it unconditionally. It does not work this way. I do not want to write an essay that you might perceive exactly the same as I see yours.

For this reason, I will not write a polemic with articles written by you and Mr. Kaepernick unless invited by the Level editors and given the same exposure. I expect your response pointing my errors, and I will write my polemic with your response. Let readers decide.
