I did not follow the history of the tunnel construction. But I see the inconsistency in your report. First, you write that the tunnel was privately financed. A few paragraphs later, you state that financial miscalculations brought the $17.8 billion loss to the British economy.
How does the miscalculation of private investors become a loss for the national economy?
In your LinkedIn profile, you write that you work “for better management of projects and programs in business and government.“ Ergo, as an expert, can you explain to us why the miscalculation of private investors became a government liability?
