Disagree on that one. In socialism, a collective has the right and power to override the actions of individuals if perceived as not aligned with the social priorities of the community.

In every society, being born to wealth is an advantage. One does not need to be white to benefit. But the free-market capitalism offers better opportunities for advancement through work than any other system.
