Excellent question. It will be hard and easy at the same time. Russia needs its moment of humiliation; it needs to accept the international treaty depriving its ability to interfere with the affairs of other nations. Then, it needs to be reintroduced into the worldwide community, the same way as Germany and Japan after 1945.
