Fairness is not a reward. Pay is a reward. Fairness is the way to treat people with respect. It is honesty. It is in making rules clear and logical; then, executing them consistently and evenly. Games, socializing and other ways of making employees happy are completely unnecessary if people are given dignity and respect.
