Good, but not enough for a passing grade. Cooperating is good, and it is important. But the purpose of it is critical. First of all, the well-being of the community needs to be secured. It means that the primary objective is to provide freedom for able and entrepreneurial individuals to create wealth. If that is not in place, we cannot complain that some are left homeless because all would be homeless. And this is the weakness of the reasoning in your article.
