I am guessing that you do not know that about 10% of people have not perfectly aligned the left eye with the right one. Most of these cases are minor, and in the developed world, they can be easily corrected if detected in early childhood. About 1% of people have more severe cases that can never be fully fixed. When you talk with, let us say, a man with that predicament, one his eye may be connecting with your eyes when another might be scanning your boobs. In reality, both his eyes might be on your eyes or on your boobs; you would never know. To avoid potential problems, when talking with you, that person instinctively might point his eyes to left or right from you.
