I checked the site and read the White Papers. I see a major inconsistency in the approach. On the first page, I can read in bold that “Politics is a business,” but changetherules.org is a non-profit. Your chances of making any meaningful change are as good as a non-profit winning in a competition with Amazon. You need to figure out a business model that investors and people involved would make money by fixing the country.
