I realize that many people share your point of view. Medium is a perfect platform for us to debate those issues in public.

DEI might benefit a few individuals but at the cost of lowering productivity. Ergo, as a result, there is less to share, and the rich will get their share regardless. The only ones suffering will be those of humble means who did not get those limited, well-paid jobs thanks to DEI.
