I did solid homework on understanding the physics of the observed climate change.
The human impact is noticeable, but it also can be misleading.
Once, I attended a lecture by a retired climatologist from the institute in Gothenburg, Sweden. All the measurements from that institute show meaningful warming during its 30 years in the suburbs of Gothenburg. But when that location opened 30 years ago, it was in the middle of the farmland. Today, it is an industrial area. When that scientist started working there 30 years ago, he bought a house in the countryside farther away. His neighborhood has not changed since then. 30 years ago, temperature readings at his home were the same as at the institute. Today, they are lower.
It is just one example of doubting the science of the observed climate warming. I listed many others in my texts.
The politics in the IPCC findings turn me off. Climatologists make detailed recommendations on how the governments should spend my taxpayer’s money. They are not experts on economics and politics. I can claim that I am as good an expert on that as they are. And, even assuming that their alarmist message about humans causing climate change is correct, I would handle that differently.
As you might guess, I wrote about that too: https://medium.com/datadriveninvestor/the-climate-is-changing-for-capitalism-1ac5dff2c49e?sk=7bdb95f3c32ef90ec4198066f47ce5da
