I do not know how much of my writing you read, but definitively, you did some.

So, I appreciate your feedback.

I like your asking for defining -isms.

As I point out, socialists invented capitalism as an -ism. Before that, it was the most natural way to free people to cooperate. Socialists saw its shortcomings and invented a better system. I am not impressed with that invention; I lived 33 years in a socialist country. But I have to praise them for naming the alternative as capitalism. It was a marketing masterpiece.

As you pointed out correctly, capital is something that most of us do not have much; we envy those who have a lot of it. Especially, when the media focus on those few who abuse their wealth.

Your last paragraph touches on the fundamental philosophical question about individualism. Ayn Rand comes to mind; I wrote about that as well. In short, it is not about propaganda for or against. It is about understanding how wealth is created. Without wealth, there is no society.
