I do not see conversations.

I agree with you that one person cannot solve all problems; we all, the team at the headquarters and the writers, have a lot of work ahead of us.

Medium has difficulties sifting the pearls from the millions of published articles and presenting them to avid and discriminatory readers. I have a few ideas on how to do it. I worked at the publication that was doing that. Other writers might have similar or alternative ideas to mine.

Please pick up anywhere between 5 and 10 individuals with that profile and invite us to the upcoming road-mapping meeting in Newport, Rhode Island. Let us grill our ideas. No doubt it will be cheaper than hiring a specialist for the job, which — in my reading — is not well defined.

Whatever we work out, we should be able to test within the current framework and budget. We might need to try a few options. Then, after we hit something that will bring more readers, we will have fresh money to hire experts for precisely defined tasks.
