I read it. It repeats the Russian point of view. It messes the point, that to begin with Russia took Crimes illegally, and fomented in Donbas. If there were any Ukrainian actions against the well being of its Russian speaking citizens, there are legal means to use. Instead of presenting the strength of its arguments, Russia decided to use the argument of power. It is illegal. Putin and his clique are war criminals who have no honorable exit.
