If the connection between volcanic eruptions and global warming is confirmed, it could mean that all government spending on limiting CO2 emissions is a waste of money. We need to focus on increasing the prosperity of the masses so that when the hard times come, most people would have the resources to relocate because the government cannot help everyone. This is the line of my reasoning regarding our strategy of preparing for climate change.
