It never will happen. People are greedy and will be greedy. We need to find a way to build prosperity with the people we have. A hint, the Founders of the United States had a few good ideas on how to do it, and it worked for about 120 years. Then, with the beginning of the 20th century, enjoying prosperity, Americans, full of hubris, decided that they could do better. They started modifying the original concept, and we arrived where we are.
