Let me share my experience from yesterday.

I am writing an article about two books by two prominent American politicians of diametrically opposite orientations. It will be available on Medium by the end of May, or the beginning of June 2024.

So I asked DALL·E for a picture commenting on the subject. I got a response: “I wasn't able to generate the images due to a content policy restriction.”

AI might gradually learn how to minimize its hallucinations and errors. However, it will never be able to overcome the lack of human intelligence of people setting the rules of how AI can work.

I wrote about one aspect of it: “The Ministry of Truth is in the making.”
