I suggest that Tony puts together a list of texts presenting original ideas about the future of Medium and publishes it about one month before Medium Day, asking for feedback.

I see tremendous opportunities in Medium, and I sense that the leadership does not recognize them and opts for more business as usual.

They do not realize that it will take one Silicon Valley investor to notice that opportunity, and within a few months, most of the writers that make Medium vibrant will be lured to a new, not existing yet, platform.

Medium will become a club of individuals capable of writing about nothing but their aspirations to be writers.
