Monic Behnken is correct in her observations, but she still missed the elephant in the room. Schools are more than teaching algebra, literature, and a few other subjects. They should teach youngsters to become good members of society. There has always been violence in schools. But teachers could manage that and straighten up most of their pupils. By bringing police to schools, teachers acknowledged that they no longer can do it.
