OK, I see the difference. I am on the waiting list too. I consider that a hassle. I expected to be able to start posting the moment I signed up.

I am Polish; I do not want to give anyone the authority to decide what I can or cannot say. The approval process suggests that some people will later interfere with my posts, leading to my expulsion. Ergo, my signing up might be wasting my time and energy.
