I see that we have been reading different books and draw different conclusions from the same facts. Pooling of capital requires free markets. This is what fueled industrial revolution and made America great at the first place. I sort of have to agree with you that for the purpose of the clarity of argument, I narrow my definition of capitalism. If you have a better term, let me know.
