They promised many giveaways. The voters know that prosperity does not come from freebies. Argentina tried that already. The national debt is at its highest. Billionaires will not pay it. We already do it through inflation.

In 2019 I tried to explain that to Lauren on the example of climate change. She ignored that. It is sad because, in my writing, she can find answers to questions that bother her. She may not like my answers, but by acknowledging them, she and others sharing her political orientation can understand why it seems impossible to trump Trump.
