This is pro-socialistic rambling. The purpose of the business is to make profit by providing products and services that others are wiling to buy. If workers do not like a pay, they are free to go and work elsewhere for a better pay. If other businesses pay too little as well, it means that works need to improve their skills, relocate or start their own business. Businesses need to care for their workers only as much as it is needed to increase profit. Often, profit can be increased by having high-quality well-paid workers, and by facilitating not work-related needs of workers as child care or education.
