Very well written. But I do not agree with the author.

Five weeks ago, I posted a short critical comment to another article about Ayn Rand, https://hak1010.medium.com/the-author-and-all-commentators-so-far-did-not-read-atlas-shrugged-or-did-not-understand-it-dee45b464645. It is one of my most popular comments on Medium, with 148 people reading and 38 clapping. Some my critics suggested reading “Atlas Hugged.” As soon as I will be done with it, I will write a polemic with both articles.

I read Ayn Rand in my 50s, when I already had well formed my opinions of how things work and why sometimes they do not. I grew up in Poland where Ayn Rand was even not mentioned in media. Her writing did not influence my views, but I found that in many instances she expressed my views better that I could.

It looks like we might have interesting discussion coming on Medium. I do not know if Ayn Rand would agree with ideas expressed in my articles. But is suspect, she would not disagree with them in principle.

In the meantime, I invite all critics of Ayn Rand to check and criticize my writing right here on Medium. Ms. Rand is dead; she cannot defend herself, I will.
