We have it in Chicago. I work for a company that provides services to large apartment buildings. I have been in about 100 of them. Many have dedicated areas for dogs. Some are on the ground, some on lower roofs. Usually, it is a fenced space; often pretty sizable. Dogs can be unleashed unless a nuisance for other dogs at the same time.
