What most of us should know about self-help, we should learn as teenagers. Then, it is worth checking from time to time for new ideas. Unfortunately, most of the self-help articles all over media are trifles.

Medium is not better or worse than others. The difference is that Medium recommends to us articles basing on popularity, not on the substance.

Schools in the United States are not the greatest; ergo, most teenagers did not learn what they should when it was time to do so. Now, as Medium readers, they click on titles promising wisdom. Sadly, Medium curators also attended American schools; they are incompetent in deciding which self-help articles are trivia, which bring valuable new ideas.
