Whatever I know, I learned. There might be a few of my original ideas, but even that is not sure. Let us take as an example my writings about Ukraine and Russia on Medium. I believe my interpretation of the problem and my suggestions for resolving it are the best. I outlined it in my texts written before the Russian invasion. A day after the invasion, I named the problem and decisively said how to resolve it. For months, politicians and major media outfits had a different narrative. Hence, two months into the war I reinstated my position. I did not write anything else on that subject since that. But I observe how my take gradually becomes a dominating one.

When, during his last visit to Washington, President Macron responded to the question about taking the Russian point of view under consideration, he spoke like he almost quoted my article. Should I worry or be happy?
