You did not get it. Medium is not your personal blog. It is a community where you are welcome to have your voice heard. Everyone can enter. But if you want recognition, you should be better than others, in theory. In practice, Medium has many problems; the major one is not enough readers, precisely because a lot of worthless gibberish flows to the top. You have the right to publish whatever you want. Medium can survive only if it offers its readers better texts than they can find elsewhere. It means as well professionally run mainstream media outlets.
