Your comment echoes the message of the article. I agree with you that we all “are fed up with being beaten, caged, tortured by bullies who think because they have more money than anyone else, they can do (& take) whatever they want.”

But, I disagree with you and the author of the text how we reached this, as you call it correctly, a catastrophic situation. In order for people in charge to care about us, we needed to give them adequate powers to do so. Then, under the pretense of taking care of Tavis best interest they beat you and under the pretense of acting on your behalf they cage Tavis. After the dust settles, most of us end up “being beaten, caged, tortured by bullies” whom we granted the powers to do so. These bullies gradually become more and more powerful and “have more money than anyone else.”

How leeches control the government? It is exactly what you deny to acknowledge, it is because “people want all their needs cared for.” In order to do this they taxed themselves to form an extensive government apparatus. That government apparatus has a lot of money and power that attracts all the leeches. If you did not ask your government to do so many things for you, all the leeches around, they could not use their wealth to control the government because there would be nothing they could buy; you would be in charge of your affairs not the government.

Many tell us what we should think. I write to encourage my readers to think for themselves. I write to ask you to inquire. Question me. Have fun.
